MarginKit Commercial License
MarginKit is proprietary software. It is licensed, not sold. This page is the human-readable web copy of the license supplied with a paid customer delivery.
1. License grant
Subject to payment and continued compliance with these terms, the purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use MarginKit only within the scope, term, workflow count, device count and commercial rights of the purchased plan.
The Workflow Audit Pass covers one evolving workflow for 30 days from first activation. Unlimited and Agency rights continue only while the corresponding subscription or license is active. Agency commercial and white-label rights apply only where expressly included.
2. Restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly prohibits a restriction, you may not:
- copy, publish, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell or make the software available to another person;
- disclose or redistribute its source code, engines, compatibility data, pricing data or proprietary corpus;
- remove or circumvent validation, activation, workflow or device limits, notices or technical protections;
- reverse engineer, decompile or use MarginKit to create a competing or substantially similar engine;
- use a license beyond the users, devices, clients, workflows or time included in the purchased plan.
One reasonable archival backup is permitted for the purchaser's own licensed use.
3. Ownership and customer content
The copyright owner retains all rights in MarginKit. No ownership, trademark or patent right is transferred. Customers retain ownership of workflows and content they analyze.
4. Privacy and third-party services
Static workflow analysis is designed to run locally. License validation may send the key and activation metadata to Lemon Squeezy. n8n, Lemon Squeezy and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Updates and support
Updates, support, compatibility coverage and future versions are supplied only as expressly stated for the purchased plan. Supported platforms, models, prices and security practices may change.
6. Termination
The license terminates when its access period ends or after a material breach. On termination the customer must stop using and delete paid software copies, except records the law requires them to keep.
7. No professional advice or certification
MarginKit supplies static estimates and decision-support evidence. It does not guarantee production behavior, future cost, profitability, security, availability, legal compliance, certification or audit success. It is not legal, tax, accounting, security or financial advice. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs, testing workflows and protecting credentials.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE NOT EXCLUDED.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COPYRIGHT OWNER IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFIT, REVENUE, DATA, CLIENTS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE RELEVANT LICENSE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. THIS LIMIT DOES NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.
10. Entire terms and changes
These terms, the purchased plan description and mandatory consumer terms form the agreement. Updated terms apply prospectively to future purchases or renewals and are identified by version and date.
